Top Shooter Games on iOS in Romania Q1 2023

The first quarter of 2023 has been an interesting period for shooter games on the iOS platform in Romania. Here, we dive into the performance metrics of the top 5 shooter games: PUBG MOBILE, Standoff 2, Free Fire: 7th Anniversary, Call of Duty®: Mobile, and Critical Strike CS: Online FPS.

PUBG MOBILE experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $45K in mid-March. Weekly downloads saw a downward trend, starting at over 4K in late December and dropping to approximately 2.5K by the end of March. However, weekly active users showed a steady increase, climbing from 60K to over 102K during the quarter.

Standoff 2 had a more stable performance. Weekly revenue showed some peaks, with a significant increase to about $5K in early February. Weekly downloads remained fairly consistent, hovering around the 2K-3K range. Active users also maintained a stable trend, starting at 27.9K and ending the quarter at 34.3K.

Free Fire: 7th Anniversary saw consistent weekly revenue, peaking at around $5.1K in mid-March. Weekly downloads, however, showed a declining trend, starting at 2.5K and dropping to around 1.6K by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated but showed a slight increase towards the end, rising from 23.4K to 21.7K.

Call of Duty®: Mobile had notable peaks in revenue, reaching around $7.8K in early March. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 2.3K and ending at about 1.4K. Active users remained relatively stable, around the 15K-17K range throughout the quarter.

Critical Strike CS: Online FPS experienced modest revenue, peaking at approximately $1.3K in mid-February. Weekly downloads decreased from 2.5K in late December to under 1K by the end of March. Active users also showed a declining trend, starting at 11K and ending at 7.5K.
